Stuffed wings were huge and delicious, some of the best ones I’ve ever had! The pho you create by filling a bowl of your meats and a bowl of your veggies yourself. In my opinion the pho broth was a little weak. Definitely a great spot to stop for stuffed wings though!

Hmong Express is such a gem in Appleton. Every time my family and I come here, we are welcomed with genuine kindness. The staff is always friendly, and the owner often greets us herself. She is incredibly sweet and caring, always making sure everything is perfect. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This restaurant has become a favorite for our family, and we are so grateful to have a place like this in our community. Truly the best Hmong restaurant in town!

Love the build your own pho, they would give you two bowls, one for meat and one for veggie. You get to choose a great variety and can add to the max. I like the Hmong sausage a lot and the curry soup as well. Would love to try the salad as well, but we already ordered too much. Till next time.

I think this is a family owned restaurant. This place is pretty big and their Pad Thai was delicious. Portions are big and although I didn't see that much chicken in the noodles, it had other ingredients like tofu. The service was good - I would like to try some of their meat next time. Their pho was $17 which is a bit expansive compared to other places...

We had a delicious lunch and excellent service! Once entering through the market you take an immediate right and enter the restaurant. It decorated with lovely Hmong items. It was also immaculately clean. They were very accommodating and made my Pad Thai without eggs and it was perfect. We enjoyed the egg rolls, chicken Pad Thai, and sesame balls. Can't wait to go back to try the build your own Pho. The market had tons of fresh veggies, sauces, noodles,and more what a bonus!

Always love eating here. The food is great! The owner always greet us personally, is friendly, and has given us free food if we waited a while for our food. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

THIS place has delicious food. I ordered two stuffed chicken wings, nam vam, and some sticky rice. Let me tell you, I will absolutely be back. Perfect food in a local grocery spot. Go in through the back! I am so happy that I stopped. Everything was packaged beautifully, and the person working the counter was absolutely lovely. I highly recommended and cannot wait to come back soon

Came here with my wife and my son. The service was good. We had to wait a little for the eggrolls we ordered, but it was worth it. We had a Pho (make your own pho), Pad Thai, Pork Belly, and Chicken Fried rice. Everything was excellent except my sin didn't like the fried rice. Other than that, it was awesome food. We will definitely go back and have some more of that delicious food. The person attending was very polite and the place was clean, nice and quiet.
